Neoprene diaphragm sheeting offers exceptional durability as well as strength for highly demanding applications.
This sheeting is reinforced with a high-strength fabric, which provides it with additional strength and stability. The superior strength of the sheet provides it with excellent anti-creep and flexing resistance. This makes it the ideal solution for many sealing, insulating, and isolating applications.
Aside from featuring excellent durability, this sheeting also provides great tear and stretch resistance making it ideally suited for use in pumps, valves, and air control equipment.
This diaphragm sheeting is manufactured from a combination of high-quality neoprene and a 1 ply nylon cloth insert. This many of the useful properties found in neoprene along with the additional strength of nylon.
Neoprene features a wide functioning temperature range from -30°C to +120°C. This ensures the sheeting is able to withstand extreme high and low temperatures while maintaining its properties. Neoprene is also resistant to deterioration from water and oils, which helps to increase the life expectancy of the product.
