Can I come to collect my order?
Absolutely! Simply select Collection in the checkout. We will then let you know when your order is ready for collection.

How quickly will my order arrive?
For orders placed before 3pm, we aim for you to receive your order in 1 to 3 working days for stocked items.
Estimated lead times for all other products are displayed on each product page but can vary at time of order and for reasons beyond our control. For urgent orders, or to check best current lead times, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Do you offer a cutting service?
This will depend on the product. If you require a custom size, please contact us prior to ordering and we will let you know if it is possible and the price.

Can I obtain a material sample?
Samples can be provided for the majority of our products. Please contact us in regards to your potential order and we will let you know if a sample is available.

How can I get a material datasheet?
Datasheets are available on our product pages in the Downloads section. However, if information appears to be missing or you have any queries, please drop us an email or give us a call.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we can. We currently only deliver to UK addresses when purchasing online but for overseas orders, please email us with the product(s), quantities, and full delivery address. We will then email you a quotation, including the shipping cost.

Do you have a trade counter?
No, we do not operate a trade counter at our Romsey headquarters; visits are by appointment only.
