NEW IN – Ultra Thin Silicone Film

Our range of silicone rubber sheeting has expanded with the addition of our ultra thin silicone film.

Despite being extremely thin (0.02mm to 0.4mm), this film does not compromise on performance. It still has the same resistance to UV and ozone, and high dielectric strength and specific resistivity of thicker silicone sheeting.

This film is highly elastic with a low modulus, meaning it can be stretched up to 450% before breakage. Coupled with a transparent appearance, this film is ideal for use in packaging applications, among many others.

To provide a high-precision finish, this range of films is manufactured in a controlled, cleanroom environment, without the addition of solvents.

Available in a width of 250mm, you can purchase this film in either 250mm long sheets or by the linear metre, with excellent price breaks on offer for the latter.
