Product Tolerances

 

Our rubber extrusion products are produced within industry-accepted tolerance levels to compensate for variations within separate production batches.

Our extrusions are covered by the standard ISO 3302-1, which separates the tolerance levels into three classes, from E1 (which are the tightest) to E3 (which are the widest).

Cut lengths of our extruded rubber products are also covered by ISO-3302-1 to cater for variations in profile and operation. In the case of cut lengths there are also three classes, from L1 (which are the tightest) to L3 (which are the widest).
