We have also taken steps to increase the physical durability, as well as weathering resistance, of our window seals. This ensures that you are able to get a seal that is fit for purpose and made to last.

High Quality Materials

We manufacture our caravan window seal – 50mm x 14.5mm using a combination of solid and sponge EPDM materials. We produce the main, body section of the seal from a highly durable solid EPDM rubber. This enhances our seal with superior strength and flexibility, without compromising the service life of the seal. Solid EPDM rubber also provides excellent weathering and UV resistance. This combination of properties ensures that our caravan window seal is suitable for a range of applications and environments.

We manufacture the sealing “bead” section of the window seal from a cellular EPDM sponge material. This part provides a key role in ensuring the window seal maintains an airtight and watertight seal at all times. It is also highly flexible and able to compress under pressure, which enables the bead to create a seal against two uneven surfaces.
