Electrical Safety Matting – 450V

Our electrical safety matting – 450V provides a simple yet effective solution to protect users in lower voltage switchboard applications. This is a highly versatile matting, that not only protects users from electrical charge but also provides non-slip properties. We typically supply this matting for use in applications that work with electrical equipment, which does not carry a high charge. This enables you to protect users without paying for higher voltage protection that you do not require. It is particularly popular for use on assembly lines and electrical equipment repair workstations.

The top surface of the matting also features a fine ribbed design. This helps to increase the anti-slip properties of the matting for a variety of footwear types. The underside of the matting contains a cloth impression finish, which enables the matting to better grip the surface below. This enables you to install our matting without the use of adhesive.

Voltage Test

In order to ensure our products are 100% safe and fit for purpose we put them all through a rigorous testing process. This includes a prolonged stress test at a high voltage to ensure the rubber matting doesn’t deteriorate. You can find some of the results from testing process below.
