This EPDM sponge half round section 12.5mm x 6.5mm is an excellent sealing product, often used in automotive applications.

The wide base allows for secure fixing to a variety of surfaces and also helps to disperse pressure and impact, and is ideal for use as a seal on car boots and bonnets, doors, and windows.

We manufacture this product from a high-quality EPDM rubber due to the unique properties the material offers. EPDM offers outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, and weathering, while also offering good resistance to both polar substances and steam. EPDM also has excellent electrical insulating properties, and is able to withstand a range of chemicals from ketones and ordinary diluted acids, to alkalis. Lastly, EPDM provides an airtight and watertight seal.

This product can be cut using standard household tools to meet any size you require, and attached using one of our superglues.
