This TPE sponge protective D profile 25mm x 14mm is a dual hardness impact protector. We supply this product with adhesive backing for easy installation. The adhesive strips also reduce potential damage to the sticking surface as some adhesive solutions contain abrasive chemicals. We have done extensive testing on the adhesive strips to ensure they maintain a tight grip while under a variety of conditions such as weather, temperature, and pressure. This ensures that you can depend on our sponge protector for many uses across a wide variety of applications.

We construct the base of this particular product from a high-quality rubber TPE material for two main reasons. Firstly, the base has a superior hardness rating, enabling it to withstand a range of impact and pressure without breaking. Secondly, rubber TPE offers great resistance to both weathering and chemical abrasion which enables you to easily use this product in most applications with little to no maintenance. We manufacture the D section from a TPE foam material as it grants the product the durability of rubber while maintaining the flexibility of foam. The foam section gives our product exceptional compression properties. This enables the product to provide excellent protection while also increasing the life of the product.
