This TPE U channel – 12mm x 18mm is a heavy-duty impact protector, suitable for use on sheets and edges with a thickness of 5mm.
The inner channel on this product features a tapered design, ranging in width from 1.6mm to a maximum of 5mm. The design on the channel ensures a tight fit on any object you use it on. This increases gripping capabilities as well as reduces the need for adhesive.
The base of this product has a thickness of 5.5mm which enables this product to provide superior protection against heavy pressure and impact. The base also provides a larger barrier to the most fragile part of the object, which ensures that nothing comes into contact with it.
This U channel provides excellent resistance to ageing, due to the high-quality rubber material we use. This ensures that the product is able to be in constant use without warping or showing signs of deterioration. The aging resistance also enables you to get multiple uses out of a single U channel. As well as offering excellent resistance to aging, this product also offers great resistance to both weathering and chemicals. This enables you to use this product in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor applications with little to no maintenance.
