Cloud 9 Flame Retardant Underlay | Marine Grade

Cloud 9 flame retardant underlay is the ideal choice when it comes to laying a base for any carpet, wood, or laminate flooring due to its underfoot cushioning comfort, and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

This particular underlay is also flame retardant and tested to meet BS 5808 (1991) safety standards, meaning the spread of fire is slowed down or inhibited. Unlike other underlays on the market, Cloud 9 is also designed to produce much less in the way of smoke and toxic gases.

As well as being suitable for use in domestic premises, Cloud 9 is also perfect for use with heavy contract flooring in high traffic applications, such as schools, showrooms, boardrooms, commercial offices, and much more.

The key defining attribute of this underlay is that it is tested and approved for marine use. This means, in combination with the superior insulation properties, Cloud 9 flame retardant 6 underlay is ideally suited for use on boats and other sea vessels where engine noise can be overbearing.
