EPDM Sponge Hook Seal – 23mm x 29mm

This EPDM sponge hook seal – 23mm x 29mm is a highly durable, multi-purpose product, suitable for a wide range of uses in classic MG make cars.

This is, typically, used as an outer trim seal, due to the excellent resistance that the EPDM material offers. Our product is able to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures, while still maintaining its air and watertight properties. It is also resistant to a wide range of harmful chemicals, which means this product requires little to no maintenance.

This seal has a maximum width of 23mm, with an overall height of 29mm. However, the unique shape enables it to easily compress. This allows it to fit a wide range of applications that are smaller in size than the product itself. It also allows the product to fill any irregularities or unevenness in the surface.

Durable and Easy to Install

This product has been designed, specifically, to be able to withstand a variety of impacts, while still maintaining its original shape. This ensures that you are able to get a lot of use out of the product without fear of warping or deterioration.

We manufacture this product from a high-quality EPDM rubber due to the unique properties the material offers. EPDM offers outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, and weathering, while also offering good resistance to both polar substances and steam. EPDM also has excellent electrical insulating properties, and is able to withstand a range of chemicals from ketones and ordinary diluted acids, to alkalis. Lastly, EPDM provides an airtight and watertight seal.

This product can be cut using standard household tools to meet any size you require, and attached using one of our superglues.
