This TPE sponge protective D profile 10mm x 8mm is a highly durable impact protector. It is suitable for use in applications with a clearance from 6mm to 8mm. The rubber TPE material we use to manufacture this product gives it excellent resistance properties. This particular sponge protector is resistant to weathering, UV as well as chemical abrasion. This makes it highly durable and also ensures that you can easily use this product in a variety of applications with little to no maintenance. Our impact protector also has an excellent working temperature range. It can easily withstand heat up to 75°C and colds as low as -50°C. This enables the product to provide superior protection while ensuring that the product doesn’t easily deteriorate.

We supply this product with adhesive backing to allow for an easy as well as fast installation solution. It also helps to preserve the surface you are using the product on as certain adhesives contain abrasive chemicals. This particular product is split into two sections, the base, and the D section. We manufacture the base from a high-quality rubber TPE material due to the unique, protective properties it offers. Rubber TPE is highly durable and also provides this product with a solid base to ensure no damage comes to the surface you are protecting. We manufacture the D section from a TPE foam material. This material contains the durability of rubber with the flexibility of foam plastic. This enables the D section to compress and move to protect against impacts while always returning to its original shape.
