This EPDM sponge side window seal 15mm x 24mm is a highly durable sealing solution. It is suitable for use as a window seal in a wide variety of classic Mini vehicles. The high levels of compression and flexibility enable you to use this product on all classic make and model mini vehicles. This particular side window seal features a maximum width of 15mm and a height of 24mm. We always try to keep the shape and dimensions as close to the original part as possible. This allows for easy installation while also ensuring that our seal functions as you would expect. We do, however, use higher quality materials which grants our product a superior life expectancy and also reduces the chance of warping and deterioration during use.

We manufacture the bottom section from solid EPDM rubber. EPDM rubber is able to function in a wide range of temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, which makes it ideal for use in a range of environments. The solid EPDM also provides a rigid base that runs throughout the length of the product. This reduces the chance of warping but also enables our seal to easily clip in place while ensuring a secure connection at all times.

We manufacture the top section from a sponge EPDM material due to the unique properties the material offers. Sponge EPDM offers excellent air as well as watertight properties. This feature naturally lends itself towards sealing applications and ensures that our seal keeps all of the elements out. The material is also resistant to a range of chemicals which ensures that our seal requires little to no maintenance.
