A great tool at protecting edges, this is our EPDM square U channel – 9.2mm x 15mm. If you are looking to add some protection to panels, doors, glass, etc then this is the perfect tool for you. The EPDM rubber provides shock absorption to any material that you put it on but also protects you from any sharp corners.

While edge protectors are predominantly used in more industrial environments, they are perfect for a variety of uses. Ideal at protecting anything from furniture and vending machines to running boards as well as, the contours of glazing. All of our square U channels are designed to be flexible even more, to ensure that they fit snugly to whatever you need them for.

Easy to Install

The strips can be easily cut using a range of tools to fit your specific needs. once cut to the correct size simply slide the U channel over the edge and it’s as easy as that. Our U channels can also be bonded in place using either polyurethane or silicone sealants. This enables it to make a tight seal around aluminium window channels for example.

The width of the channel can be increased by bonding a neoprene strip alongside it. Equally the panel thickness can be reduced by bonding a strip inside of it.
