Our fine ribbed rubber matting features excellent gripping properties, which help to reduce potential slipping hazards. This highly versatile matting solution is perfect for use in interior as well as exterior applications. This particular product is available in either a 1m or 1.2m width, a length of 10m, and a thickness of 3mm. This enables you to easily cover a large walkway using a single roll, which greatly reduces any potential tripping hazards.

As the name suggests, our ribbed rubber matting contains a series of ribs that run along the length of the roll. These ribs perform a number of functions, however, their main purpose is to provide additional grip and stability. The ribs increase the total surface area of the matting and can also compress slightly while under pressure. This ensures that a larger area of our non-slip matting is in contact with the user at all times.

Aside from the excellent non slip properties our ribbed rubber matting provides, it also offers two additional features. The ribs create channels which help to carry any liquid away from the surface of the matting. This helps to reduce slipping hazards as well as increase the life expectancy of the product. Natural rubber features good tensile strength and tear resistant properties. This enables our matting to be in constant use without fear of warping or deterioration. Natural rubber also features a relatively broad functioning temperature range. This enables our matting to maintain its flexibility and durability even in extreme cold temperatures. Unlike the similar PVC alternatives, which can often become brittle in sub zero conditions.
