Commercial Nitrile Sheeting

Commercial nitrile sheeting is an excellent, cost-effective alternative to industrial nitrile for use in everyday applications.

This sheeting provides a similar look and feel to our higher grade nitrile, but with only 10% the rubber content This means it doesn’t carry the full temperature range and fuel resistance.

Despite not offering the same fuel and chemical resistance as our other nitrile grades, this product is still highly versatile. This sheeting still features good tensile strength and elongation break point properties. This makes it perfect for use in applications where the material won’t be put under much duress. Typical uses for this particular product include protection pads, dust seals, packing pieces, decorative trim, as well as many other general use applications.

Cost-Efficient Product

This product is manufactured using a nitrile and SBR blend, which enables preservation of many of the physical properties of a higher grade compound. It features a tensile strength of 40kg/cm², which enables it to absorb light impact and pressure without tearing.

This nitrile sheeting also features a wide functioning temperature range from -30°C to +70°C. This ensures that our product will be able to maintain its useful properties in almost any everyday environment.
