Nitrile Sheeting (10% Content)

We manufacture our nitrile sheeting (10% content) as a cost-effective alternative for use in everyday applications.

This sheeting provides a similar look and feel to our higher grade nitrile, without the wide temperature range and fuel resistance. This product enables you to save money by only paying for the material properties that your application requires.

Despite not offering the same fuel and chemical resistance as our other nitrile grades, this product is still highly versatile. Our general purpose nitrile sheeting (10% content) still features good tensile strength and elongation break point properties. This makes it perfect for use in applications where the material won’t be put under much duress. Many customers use this particular product as: protection pads, dust seals, packing pieces, decorative trim, as well as many other general use applications.

Cost-Efficient Product

Our main goal when manufacturing this product is to create a balance between the price and functionality of the sheeting. This ensures that our nitrile sheeting (10% content) is still suitable for use in a wide variety of everyday applications.

We manufacture this product using a nitrile and SBR blend, which enables us to preserve many of the physical properties of a higher grade compound. This product features a tensile strength of 40 kg/cm², which enables it to absorb light impact and pressure without tearing.

Our sheeting also features a wide functioning temperature range from -30°C to 90°C. This ensures that our product will be able to maintain its useful properties in almost any everyday environment.
