Anti-Static Neoprene Sheeting
Our anti-static neoprene sheeting is a high-quality and highly versatile material. This particular grade fully conforms to BS 490 and ISO 340 specifications for anti-static and flame retardant properties. This combination of properties enables you to use our sheeting in a wide range of transportation, construction, and manufacturing industries.
This particular material provides outstanding anti-static properties, with a surface electrical resistance of 3 X 108 Ω (maximum). This enables you to use our sheeting in a variety of ESD-sensitive applications in order to inhibit the build-up of static electricity.
Aside from providing excellent anti-static properties, our sheeting also features excellent flame retardant properties. It has a flame persistence (time after removing the burner) of 45 seconds (maximum). This makes our material suitable for use in a number of transport and fire-sensitive applications.
High Quality Material
We manufacture our anti-static neoprene sheeting from a combination of high-quality neoprene and SBR. This material blend enhances the resistance of neoprene with superior physical properties. This particular product features a tensile strength of 80 kg/cm2 , as well as an elongation breaking point of 250%. It is also suitable for use in a wide variety of temperatures, with an operating range from -30°C to +100°C.
