Our RubbaStar abrasion-resistant sheeting offers some of the highest physical properties that are currently available on the market, for use in physically demanding applications.
We regularly supply our RubbaStar sheeting to customers for use in shooting ranges, and in chute tank and valve lining applications. It is also ideal for use in a variety of pump, hose belting and lining applications.
The exceptional self-healing properties of RubbaStar make it the perfect product for ballistic applications. Any bullets which pass through will only leave a pin-sized hole, which grants the sheeting outstanding longevity.
RubbaStar is manufactured from pure natural rubber, which provides it with vastly superior strength and durability compared to similar products.
Our sheeting features an outstanding tensile strength which enables it to withstand exposure to heavy pressure. Another key feature is the product’s excellent abrasion resistance rating of 80mm³. These two properties combine to create an incredibly durable product that can withstand frequent, heavy use without fear of tearing or deterioration.
This sheeting also provides a broad functioning temperature range from -40°C to +90°C. It is important to note that RubbaStar is able to maintain its useful properties in sub-zero temperatures, unlike other compounds which can become brittle. Our product is also resistant to water damage, which enables you to use it in both interior and exterior applications.
RubbaStar has a similar specification to Linatex rubber sheeting, which ensures you are purchasing a high-quality material.
