Our high-quality silicone rubber strips offer excellent performance in both extreme high and low temperatures, making it the perfect product for use in a variety of sealing and gap filling applications.

These particular strips have a hardness rating of 40° (Shore A), and we can offer them in widths from 10mm to 50mm, and thicknesses from 1mm to 12mm. This ensures that you always get the perfect product to suit your application.

A High-Specification Solution

Offering excellent functionality in temperatures from -60°C up to 230°C ensures that our product is suitable for almost any environment. Our silicone rubber strips are even able to withstand intermittent use at temperatures as high as 250°C. This enables you to use our strips without fear of them becoming brittle or melting.

Aside from offering an unbeatable temperature range, our silicone strips are also highly durable. They can compress to offer superior sealing properties in tight spaces, and stretch to ensure a tight fit around corners. After use, our silicone rubber strips will return to their original shape due to the superior “shape memory”. This enables you to get multiple uses out of a single strip.

Our silicone strips are fully compliant to FDA 177.2600 and EC 1935/2004 specifications. This ensures that our product is certified safe for direct contact with food.
