This TPE compact bead – food contact – 10mm x 9mm is a small format, rubber impact protector.
We manufacture this product specifically for use in food contact environments. It is constructed in a safe and sterile environment in order to reduce the spread of germs. This product is safe to use in temperatures from -50°C to 90°C which makes this the ideal protective seal in a wide range of applications. The rubber TPE material we use to manufacture this product also offers great resistance to both weathering and chemical abrasion. This ensures that the product is easy to clean and maintain but also that it doesn’t deteriorate over a long period of use.
We produce this particular product in white to ensure it meets health and safety requirements and also to make it easier for you to use. White will show up any dirt and germs easier which will tell you that the product needs cleaning. We pre-install adhesive backing on this product prior to shipping to allow for simple as well as fast installation. It also helps to preserve the appearance and structure of the surface you are using it on. This is due to the chemicals that adhesives and sealants use, which are often abrasive and can deteriorate certain materials.
Despite being a highly durable product, this seal is easy to cut using a heavy-duty knife or pair of scissors.
The adhesive backing provides you with a simple, fast, and cost-effective installation solution. We always suggest cleaning the sticking surface before application to ensure the strongest bond possible. This product is also 100% recyclable, which ensures that when you finish with the product you can easily dispose of it.
