Foam impact protection profiles are used for the safety of people, buildings, and equipment. Our TPE foam edge protector 60mm x 20mm are made from a highly durable RC045 TPE compound. This material is strong and dense for high-impact absorption. We produce with a tear resistant skin so our edge protection profiles are made to last. They will not rip and will not need replacing often like some other foam bumpers on the market.

Where Do you Use Foam Impact Protection?

Our TPE edge guards were originally designed to install on sharp and low ceiling edges to protect workers in industrial areas. Obviously, these profiles are not limited to just industrial use. They can also be fitted in offices, shops, and anywhere else with injury risk.

TPE foam protection is also used on machinery and vulnerable pipes to prevent damage as well as potential injury. Foam bumpers are also used to protect walls from damage.

Safety Colours / Discreet Protection

We produce in bright colours for industrial zones to warn of the danger i.e sharp edge or low ceiling. We then also produce in black or grey where you may want a more discreet edge protector i.e in an office or somewhere the danger is not as much of a risk.
