This particular U channel has a maximum width of 7.5mm and a minimum width of 2mm. The subtle increase in thickness enables this product to offer high levels of protection while providing a low profile. The U channel also has a maximum height of 12mm, with a base thickness of 3.8mm. This ensures that you get a larger area for impact absorption and 8.2mm on both sides of the channel to provide adequate grip levels.
