This TPE U channel – 8.5mm x 25mm is a highly versatile impact protector, suitable for use on sheets and edges with a thickness of 4mm.

This particular U channel features gripping arms with a larger surface area compared to our other U channels. These larger gripping arms enable this product to have a wider anchor point, which helps improve grip as well as reduces the need for adhesive. This product has a thickness of just over 2mm which enables the U channel to absorb a wide range of impacts while protecting the sheet or edge you use it on.

The TPE material we use to manufacture this product has a hardness (shore A) of 60°, which means this is a relatively firm product. The firmness of this U channel makes it particularly ideal for withstanding a wide range of impacts. It also reduces the compression rates of this product, which ensures that the object you are protecting remains untouched.
