EPDM Sponge Seal – 19mm x 16mm

This EPDM sponge seal – 19mm x 16mm is a multi-purpose product, ideal for use as a replacement door seal in Triumph TR2 and TR3 motorcars.

The unique shape of the seal may also make it ideal for any other applications that would suit the profile.

Durable and Easy to Install

This product has been designed, specifically, to be able to withstand a variety of impacts, while still maintaining its original shape. This ensures that you are able to get a lot of use out of the product without fear of warping or deterioration.

This seal is manufactured from high-quality EPDM rubber, due to the unique properties the material offers. EPDM offers outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, and weathering, while also offering good resistance to both polar substances and steam. EPDM also has excellent electrical insulating properties, and is able to withstand a range of chemicals from ketones and ordinary diluted acids, to alkalis. Lastly, EPDM provides an airtight and watertight seal.

This product can be cut using standard household tools to meet any size you require, and attached using one of our superglues.

This ensures that you will get a lot of use out of the product, without fear of breaking or warping. We make the tubular part of our extrusions using an expanded EPDM rubber sponge. They can be easily cut to your desired size with standard household tools and are lightweight as well as being easy to transport.
