This particular D fender 4 has a shore A hardness of 60°. This essentially means it is a hard material. It also has an elongation breaking point of 700%. This refers to how much a matter changes from its initial shape before breaking, meaning this fender can withstand a great deal of impact and compression before deteriorating.

The non-marking qualities found in TPE fenders make it a popular choice for vessels as people want to preserve the appearance of their sea craft. This product also has the option of an adhesive-backed strip. This means you don’t have to worry about adhesives and can easily install the fender out of the box.
