RubbaGrit oil grade non-slip rubber matting is a highly reliable safety matting solution, providing outstanding anti-slip properties in dry, wet, and oil-use environments.
This matting is manufactured from nitrile. Nitrile, or NBR, provides excellent oil-resistant properties, while also ensuring that it is suitable for heavy industrial areas, which are prone to oil spillage. The top of the matting is coated with fine, high-quality minerals which gives the matting the “grit top” finish. This finish gives the matting superior gripping properties in all environments.
One of the main benefits you get from combining rubber matting with fine minerals is a flooring solution that is both tough and flexible. This enables you to install RubbaGrit matting on a wide variety of surface types without compromising on safety.
RubbaGrit is also easy to cut and shape using standard cutting tools. This ensures that the matting is a perfect fit for any area that you are installing it in. For a temporary installation solution, simply lay the matting down as it is. The rubber base provides sufficient gripping to the surface beneath and ensures that the mat remains in place. For permanent installation, we suggest using a rubber glue to ensure the best adhesion possible.
RubbaGrit oil grade matting conforms to slip resistance test – DIN 51130 Category R11. This ensures that our matting meets health and safety standards in a variety of working environments. We also test this matting internally with a wide variety of chemicals and oils to ensure the matting maintains a suitable level of grip at all times.
