This rubber D fender 200mm x 200mm is a large format natural rubber / SBR compound fender. We manufacture this highly durable fender to be able to withstand heavy and frequent impacts without deteriorating. This ensures that you are able to get a lot of use out of this fender, while also ensuring that you and your vessel or vehicle are protected at all times. We test this fender during the manufacturing process to ensure it meets both, industry and our own standards. The durability of this fender also ensures that this product won’t let you down. This fender is easy to install and remove as you see fit, using a variety of installation methods. We want to create a product that protects you without requiring a lot of maintenance.

We manufacture this fender from an NR/SBR compound. NR stands for natural rubber, which is known for featuring high tensile strength, as well as tear strength. It also features an outstanding resistance to fatigue. These are all properties that would greatly benefit a fender. It also features a shore (A) hardness of 72°. This means that this is a very firm product, which is able to maintain its shape even under the heaviest of impacts. Our customers typically use this product on larger scale sea vessels such as work and tug boats. It is also ideal for use in loading bays, to protect a building against reversing lorries.
