We design our range of rubber keyhole fenders especially for use with tugs and workboats. Also perfect for use on quay and harbor sides, thanks to their strength and impact absorption. Made from high abrasion resistance rubber with excellent resilience properties for the required application.

Although these fenders are very tough, you can still curve them around the hull allowing fixing of this product to be very simple. We have a wide range of sizes available to fit your specific needs. Custom-made fenders ensure that you get the perfect product to match your specific needs.

Types of Keyhole Fenders

Extrusion or moulding are the typical methods used to manufacture standard keyhole fenders; extruded when in lengths and moulded when requiring blocks. Produced with either smooth or grooved face surface, the grooves provide a better grip. Like composite fenders, we can produce keyhole with a UHMW-PE surface plate to provide a low friction surface. We have a range of standard dies and can also custom manufacture keyhole fenders.

Using a specially compounded SBR/Natural blend elastomer, which is highly resistant to degradation, UV radiation and seawater. We can produce technically specified elastomers, such as EPDM, neoprene, etc, in order to meet the customer’s individual requirements.
