Heavy-Duty Interlocking PVC Flooring for Industrial & Commercial Use

Our ToughLock Interlocking PVC Tiles are moulded, heavy-duty floor tiles built to give excellent durability and comfort underfoot in the toughest working environments. Thanks to the unique interlocking join, these tiles are very quick and simple to install  –  no special skills or tools needed, and no costly base works required.

They’re the ideal flooring solution for protecting floors in warehouses, factories, garages, exhibition halls and sport and leisure facilities. Each tile is high quality, durable and fire retardant as standard, and benefits from being load tested and suitable for use with trolley jacks, forklifts, pallet trucks and stillages. Optional ramped edges and corners are available to allow smooth, easy access at every threshold.

Durable, Textured, Non-slip Flooring

Our textured interlocking PVC tiles offer a versatile, general-purpose flooring solution, suitable for use on a wide variety of surface types. Each tile measures 500mm x 500mm with a 7mm thickness, making them equally suited to large industrial areas and smaller domestic or commercial applications. Available in Black and Grey, ToughLock tiles suit a wide range of environments and settings.

The textured top surface delivers excellent non-slip, anti-slip properties, providing a safer underfoot surface even in wet, oily or heavily trafficked areas – while remaining quick and easy to keep clean.

Due to the nature of the recycled material used in this product, there may be colour variations between batches, and material flecks may also be visible. This is a natural characteristic of the material and does not affect the performance of the tile..

How to install

• Prepare the Area: Sweep or vacuum the existing floor to remove dust and debris. Minimal sub-floor prep is needed – tiles can go straight over damaged, cracked or epoxy-coated concrete.
• Plan Your Layout: Roughly lay out tiles around your chosen starting point. Start from as close to the centre of the room as possible. Mark out a chalk line or use a laser to create centre lines, making sure these lines are at right angles.
• Interlock the Tiles: Using a rubber mallet tap the tiles together for a secure fit. Continue working outwards in a circular pattern.
• Cut Edge Tiles to Fit: Allow the tiles and floor to settle for 24 hours before fitting and cutting the perimeter tiles. Trim tiles around the perimeter or any fixed obstacles using a sharp utility knife or jigsaw. Ensure that you allow a 5-10mm expansion gap between the tiles and any wall s or fixed points.
• Fit Ramped Edges (Optional): Add ramped edge and corner pieces around exposed sides for a smooth, safe transition.
• Inspect the Finish: Check all joints are fully interlocked and the floor sits flat, with no gaps or lifted edges. No curing time needed – the floor is ready to use immediately.
