This TPE square U channel – 6mm x 12mm is a highly durable U channel for 2mm sheets or edges. This particular U channel features a rigid design, that makes it ideal for absorbing a wide range of impacts. The U channel has a width of 6mm with a thickness of 2mm on both sides of the object. The 2mm thickness is more than enough for this U channel to protect your sheet or edge from heavy pressure or impact. The U channel also has a maximum height of 12mm with gripping arms at 10mm height. That gives you a larger surface area that is in contact with the object. This gives you a large anchor point, which provides you with superior gripping capabilities without the need for adhesive.

This product also has a hardness (shore A) of 60°, which means this is a relatively firm product. That means that despite only having a thickness of 2mm this U channel can absorb impact and pressure. Being firm also ensures that the U channel is less likely to compress and warp which adds further protection to the sheet or edge you are using it on.
