This TPE U channel – 3mm x 7mm is a low-profile protector that is able of offering impact protection in a compact size. This U channel has a width of 3mm and a height of 7mm with a channel size of 1mm. This means you get 1mm of protection around the edge of your sheet or object. Our U channel offers superior protection over other products due to the high-quality materials we use. This product has a hardness (shore A) of 60°, which means it is a relatively firm material. This means the U channel will only compress when under heavy load or while absorbing a heavy impact, which enables us to manufacture such a compact U channel as we know it can easily absorb a wide range of impacts.
We also manufacture this U channel using a high-quality rubber TPE material. TPE is important for use in this product due to the unique properties it offers. Rubber TPE has the ability to compress as well as elongate for a long period of time whilst maintaining its original shape. This means you will be able to get a lot of use out of this U channel and it won’t warp or lose its protective properties.
