This TPE U channel – foam bead – 9mm x 20mm is the ideal tool for protecting the edges of sheet metal or any potentially dangerous objects. The particular U channel features a foam bead to offer superior protection. The foam bead compresses under pressure, allowing it to absorb any weight and transfer it away from the object. This U channel has a maximum width of 9mm and a maximum height of 20mm, (13.4mm without foam bead). That ensures that this product offers superior protective properties without compromising on space. This particular U channel also features four grips on the inside channel to allow for better grip without the need for adhesive. We manufacture this product for use on sheets with a thickness from 1.2mm to 2.5 mm, although it is possible to use it on slightly thicker sheets.
