CloseGrip non-slip matting is ideal for providing a wheel-proof flooring solution in busy industrial areas.
This matting is certified slip-resistant to DIN 51130: R11, V10 and ASTM E303 Dry/Wet with lines along / lines across 72-3 / 57-79. This also means it is suitable for use in wet and dry environments, and it provides excellent drainage in the event of rain or liquid spills.
The narrow grid construction provides a smooth surface, which allows wheels on to glide over. This makes the matting perfect for applications involving wheeled traffic, such as trolleys, carts, hand trucks, and more.
CloseGrip is easy to install, without the need for adhesive. The one-piece construction allows it to be simply cut-to-fit on site. For larger areas or multiple rolls of matting, we also supply weldable joining strip, or side-to-side connector clips.
To add additional safety and accessibility, we also supply PVC ramp edging for this matting.
CloseGrip is manufactured from flexible PVC. This means it is hard-wearing but can also be rolled up for transporting or cleaning.
PVC provides resistance against a range of chemicals, acids, and oils. It is also inherently resistant to bacterial growth, making it a very hygienic material.
Although PVC is, naturally, not a very flammable material, this matting is manufactured to meet the flame retardant standard EN ISO 13501 – 1 : 2007 – Cfl – S1.
