Hydrogenated Nitrile Sheeting

Our hydrogenated nitrile sheeting offers superior oil and fuel resistance, as well as better chemical resistance, compared to standard nitrile.

This particular product is perfect for use in applications which require resistance to heat and aggressive media simultaneously. Hydrogenated nitrile is a fairly unique material, which offers many desirable properties. One key feature that sets our hydrogenated nitrile sheets apart from standard nitrile is the product’s excellent temperature range. This grade offers vastly superior high temperature resistance while also maintaining its excellent mechanical properties. Due to this exceptional resistance, many of our customers use this particular grade as seals or gaskets in the oil and gas industries. It still features the other benefits of standard nitrile, such as good resistance to weathering and ozone deterioration.

Aside from offering excellent chemical and weathering resistance, hydrogenated nitrile also offers exception physical properties. High tear and abrasion resistance enable you to use our product in highly demanding applications with minimal wear and tear. This product also features good tensile strength and elongation properties, which enable it to maintain its shape, even after long periods of use.
