Natural Rubber BS 1154 Sheeting

This natural rubber sheeting is manufactured to British safety standard BS 1154 for use in highly demanding applications and environments.

The excellent physical properties that this sheeting offers make it a highly versatile product. However, it is particularly popular in military and construction organisations due to the assurance and traceability that specification grades provide.

This ballistic rubber is designed to prevent bullet fragmentation and reduce the risk of ricochets. This makes it ideal for use in shooting ranges as the ability to stop and catch rounds significantly increases the safety of anyone in the vicinity.

Natural rubber typically offers some of the best durability of all the rubber compounds available. The BS 1154:2003 standard ensures these physical properties provide superior safety and reliability.

Natural rubber is able to maintain its useful properties across a wide functioning temperature range from -20°C to +70°C. This ensures the sheet is able to remain flexible, even in sub-zero conditions.
