How to Install

1. Prepare Substrate: Ensure the ground area is clear of large rocks; if the terrain is heavily waterlogged, roll out a layer of Grasshield mesh first.
2. Lay the Mats: Position the RubbaGrass® sections side-by-side across the target footprint, cutting them with a heavy-duty knife around obstacles if required.
3. Interlock Sections: Use our black cable ties or rubber matting connectors to join adjacent mats together firmly through the perimeter holes.
4. Drive Fixing Pegs: Secure the outer borders by driving our plastic barbed fixing pegs directly through the ring apertures into the earth using a rubber mallet.
5. Secure the Setup: Ensure you use 4 to 8 fixing pegs per mat to achieve maximum resistance against heavy foot traffic and adverse wind uplift.
