This TPE U channel – 12mm x 23mm is a highly versatile impact protector, suitable for use on sheets and edges with a thickness from 5.5mm to 6.5mm.

The inner channel on this particular product features a tapered design, which enables this product to fit a wider range of objects. The opening of the channel is only 2mm wide which ensures this U channel will maintain a tight grip on any panel or edge you could use it on. This also reduces the need for adhesive and allows you to install and remove the U channel as you need.

The U channel also features a 3mm diameter hole in the base of the product, which has many uses. First of all, you are able to run cable or wire through the hole. The cable or wire will be safe from impact and pressure thanks to the protective properties of the U channel. For superior protection, or in applications dealing with heavy weights, you can leave the hole empty. The empty space will allow the product to compress under heavy pressure without damaging the panel or edge.
